Oven heating: in a mid-height dish, at low temperature between 110°C and 140°C depending on the oven, for 10 to 15 minutes.

Microwave heating: the heat and time depends on the power of your microwave. Heat it little by little during the first uses. You can also put a glass of water in the microwave or oven to prevent premature drying of the seeds.

Be sure to always monitor your hot bag during the heating time.
