Each BACSAC® CUSTOM MADE planter is made to order, crafted according to your chosen dimensions and requirements. Because of this personalized production, customized items cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been validated.
However, in the event of a manufacturing error attributable to BACSAC® (wrong dimensions or finishes compared to your confirmed order), we will correct or replace the product free of charge. This policy ensures both the personalization of every project and the quality of our commitment.
