Tanios is the first name of Magali Ghosn's grandfather. Originally from Lebanon and now living in Marseille, she creates spice blends using wild oregano and sumac that grow in the mountains of North Lebanon, where her grandparents lived. This blend is a family recipe made from all-natural ingredients: wild zaatar (origanum syriacum), organic sesame seeds, sumac and salt. Sprinkle it everywhere: on dips, roasted vegetables, grilled meat, pasta... Vacuum-packed to preserve its taste and smell, it comes with a rubber band so you can reseal the bag after use. Keep refrigerated, closed and in a dark place
