ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER OF flexible plant pots - urban landscape workshop
Learn the art of Ikebana with Masami Lavault, founder of Plein Air - Paris’s first urban flower farm. This workshop offers an introduction to Ikebana, the traditional Japanese art of flower arranging. Ikebana (生け花), meaning “making flowers come alive,” is a calm practice rooted in observation and patience. Plein Air, located in the 20th arrondissement, grows over 250 varieties of flowers using biodynamic and natural farming methods without chemicals. In this session, you’ll discover the core principles of Japanese floral design - working with form, seasonality, and space - using carefully selected flowers. A quiet, thoughtful experience inspired by Masami’s unique approach to growing and creating in the city.—NIWAKI pop-up at BACSAC®(6, rue des fossées Saint-Jacques, Paris 5)
